Ingredients

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken:

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.

Sear the Chicken:

  • Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Sear the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
