- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1 large egg
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil for frying
- Marinara sauce optional for serving
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
Form the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides (about 6-8 minutes).
For extra flavor, transfer the meatballs to simmering marinara sauce and cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve with pasta, zoodles, or in a sandwich.
