Grilled beets offer a smoky, charred flavor that adds depth to salads, side dishes, or even a main course. They’re quick to cook and packed with nutrients, making them a perfect addition to your summer BBQ spread.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium beets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Grill: Heat your grill to medium-high.
  • Prep Beets: Peel the beets and cut them into thick slices. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill: Place beet slices directly on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until tender and charred.
  • Serve: Remove from grill and serve as a side or in salads.
