Recipe Tips
Choose Fresh Sprouts: Look for firm, bright green Brussels sprouts with no yellowing or wilting for the best flavor and texture.
Don’t Overcrowd: If you’re making a large batch, cook the sprouts in batches to ensure they crisp up evenly.
Experiment with Flavors: Add a pinch of smoked paprika or toss the cooked sprouts with a drizzle of honey for a sweet-savory combination.
Make it Vegan: Substitute Parmesan cheese with nutritional yeast for a dairy-free option.
Storage: If you add your leftovers to an airtight container, they will last upto 3 days in your fridge. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to regain crispiness.
Clean the Basket: Parmesan can melt and stick; line the basket with parchment paper or clean immediately after cooking.
