- – 2 lb 900 g turkey wings, separated into drumettes & flats
- – 1 Tbsp olive oil
- – 1 tsp fine sea salt
- – 1 tsp coarse black pepper
- – 1 tsp smoked paprika
- – ½ tsp garlic powder
- – ½ tsp onion powder
- – Cooking spray for basket
Instructions
**Pat dry.** Blot wings thoroughly with paper towels; moisture is the enemy of crisp.
**Season.** In a bowl, toss wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder until evenly coated.
**Pre-heat.** Heat air fryer at **390 °F (199 °C) for 3 min**. Lightly mist basket with cooking spray.
**First cook.** Arrange wings in a single layer, skin side down. Air-fry 7 min.
**Flip.** Turn wings with tongs, then cook another **7 min** (internal temp should hit 165 °F / 74 °C).
**Rest.** Transfer to a wire rack and rest 5 min for juices to settle and skin to stay crisp.
**Serve.** Eat as-is or toss in your favourite sauce while hot.

Batch cooking:
Keep finished wings warm on a 200 °F (95 °C) rack-lined sheet pan if cooking multiple batches.
Storage / Reheat:
Refrigerate up to 3 days; re-crisp in air fryer at 360 °F (182 °C) for 4 min.
